Deep Silver and Egosoft announce X Superbox |

 Würselen/Planegg, Germany – In a further step to enhance and broaden the enjoyment of its X games titles, Germany-based software developer, EGOSOFT, and publisher Deep Silver today announced the forthcoming release of the X Superbox.
This compendium represents the full spectrum of EGOSOFT’s endeavours over the course of its PC games development history, stretching right back to the first X-series game, X- Beyond the Frontier, chronicling the adventures of Kyle Brennan in the X Universe and bringing that Universe’s story right up to date with the very latest version of X3: Terran Conflict, for which a new set of missions, entitled ‘Balance of Power’ has been specially developed.
The X Superbox contains the most up-to-date version of all of the X-series games, which have been updated to ensure compatibility with Microsoft Windows XP (SP2), Windows Vista (SP1) and Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit). All of these titles are also provided without DRM.
In addition to all of the X-series titles, the X Superbox also contains an all-new and exclusive X Encyclopedia, written by Helge Kautz, the author of Farnham’s Legend and other X Universe books. X3: Terran Conflict Actualización 2.7.1 disponible! |

Aunque la actualización 2.7 tuvo una muy buena acogida por nuestra comunidad, un pequeño fallo causaba que una de las tramas se atascara (Operacion Final Fury) , esto fue notado por varios usuarios. Hemos reparado esa molestia y hemos aprovechado la oportunidad para arreglar un par de cosas tambien. Esperemos que esto no haya arrunainado el disfrute del juego. Estamos encantados de ofrecer esta actualización, version 2.7.1, para atender estas y otras inconveniencias.

X3: Reunion para Mac OS relanzado! |

EGOSOFT está encantada de anunciar que Virtual Programming Ltd, su compañera de programacion para MAC os, vuelve a lanzar X3: Reunion. VP Ltd han reescrito el codigo del juego, sin usar Cider esta vez, consiguiendo alcanzar la última version del juego. La buena noticia para aquellos que ya tengan X3: Reunion para Mac, es que ellos tendran esta version GRATIS!
El Director General de EGOSOFT, Bernd Lehahn, dijo acerca del lanzamiento, "Estamos encantados de que VP hizo un 2º port del juego para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros clientes MAC y darle el mismo nivel que Terran Conflict."
"No estábamos contentos con el rendimiento de X3: Reunion cuando usamos Cider, y paso que muchos de nuestros clientes tampoco lo estaban," Dijo el Presidente de Virtual Programming Mark Hinton. "Como gesto de buena voluntad, volvimos a ensamblar el juego como un port nativo que es una actualizacion gratuita para los clientes existentes. Desde hoy, los nuevos clientes de X3: Reunion recibirán la versión no-Cider del juego."

Parece haber pasado un largo, pero muy largo tiempo desde la introducción del parche 2.5 para X3: Terran Conflict, quizás demasiado largo para algunos de nuestros compañeros. Pero no os preocupéis más, la espera ha llegado a su fin y podéis estar seguros que la espera valió la pena. Cada vez que pensábamos estar listos para lanzar el parche 2.6, otra cosa, otro contenido aparecía que era imposible omitir, lo que resultó en un tiempo de prueba más largo.
El parche 2.6 finalmente contiene la muy deseada misión ?A New Home? que promete ser una aventura considerable para los que les gustan las misiones de THINK. Este proyecto ha sido desarrollado por un equipo de la comunidad X y, después de un cierto tiempo de prueba y evaluación, está lista para jugar y disfrutar.... read more... |
