True, but I think that's true of every group of people, no matter where they live or what their ethnicity is.

It appears the original article is a bit misleading (at least to me).

The Spanish court is not in any way recognizing her claim. The issue here is Ebay took down her listing citing it's a TOS violation (nothing tangible is sold so they treat it as a scam), and she's sueing Ebay saying her listing is not a scam. The court decide she can get a hearing on THAT issue, it's not about her claim on the Sun is valid what so ever.
