Victoria 2 seems to go on sale about every few months. According to steam prices and sales chart it was 4.99 April 16-23. It will be atleast 50% off at the summer sale I am guessing. Gamersgate, amazon, greenman gaming, paradoxplaza and gamefly all have sales. Last one was about a month ago. 75% off and 55% off dlcs I think.

Nothing game code sent in forum pm to you. I am assuming for splinter cell blacklist you register the game code on steam since it came with my video card.

Also there is a fix for Fallout 3, I have it and it runs perfectly but you just have to force it to only use two cores.

Again, anyone can have my Brink game and I have a bunch of Tomb raider games that I don't like so anyone can have any of them as well.

I think Steam assumes that you must have actually played the game if you've put it in your library so it doesn't let you trade it--needs to be in your inventory.

But I bought them last year and still haven't played them, they're being wasted! I hate buying a game and not playing it. stupid bundles.

Ah, well, I think they usually state in bundles that you can't trade the individual parts of the bundle either! I know I've got a game bundled on Steam that I already owned and it explicitly said I wouldn't get an extra tradeable copy because of that.
