it should allow the normal ship cargo hold amount.

Re: Script : Dock/Undock TS/TP Class at TL or M1
I just found out yesterday that you can leave the twilight zone!!!LV wrote: WARNING You must not be in the ship when docking it or undocking or you will stranded inbetween the game and the twilight zone
Basically order the ship that you are stuck in to un-DockTS. Just press R for the Owned Property, scroll down to ship that you are in. It should be the one marked with Player ship. Press C for commands menu, then select the Dock TS command, then select your TL/Carrier. You will then thrown out into space inside your TS/TP. Just fly back to TL/Carrier and do the space-walk.
This saves on the reload and loss of progress.

Can a version of this script be updated to allow the docking of TS's on M1's (argon in particular?).
I dont care about 'cargo arguments' (i.e. sum of docked TS's cargo >> M1's); but I have no issue if the script wants to make a check for this:
A *better idea* for a "DOCK on TL/M1 script" would be one that assigns a 'point value' for each class of ship.. i.e.:
M5: 1 pt
M4: 2 pt
M3: 3pt
M6: 5pt
TP: 10pt
TS: 15pt
and use those 'points' against the 'total number of allowable docked ships" on a M1.
(Point system would not be necessary for TL's due to the presumably large cargo capacity that is assumed by hauling stations around).

Tada! The CisorTech Dynamic Bay Configuration still works after 2.0.x. I know I've been running 2.0.2 for nearly two weeks now no problem. The DBC is buyable at shipyards and allows all ships M6 and below to dock into TLs and above. It hasn't been updated since 1.4.3 but it works.TheZapper wrote:Can a version of this script be updated to allow the docking of TS's on M1's (argon in particular?).

The M6 takes up 5 slots, TS 3 slots, I think TP 2 slots and everything else (M5/4/3/3+) 1 slot.
When bigger ships dock, it even shows a nice "Bay Assigned" in ur docked ships list.
Truly one of the gems of this forum of scripts.

Yea, just checking if that had been tought of, anyway can anyone point me to a guide to add external docking slots to a ship ? I would like to do like the M7 but take the same principle and add it to the M2, so do i have to make a new topic or can i just get a straight-forward answer here ?arcana75 wrote:I don't think ships that can dock ships should dock into ships.

Docking flexibility
Seems that there's always a bigger fish. That is, those ships that dock ships will also want the flexibility to dock too, right?Sesk wrote:Yea, just checking if that had been tought of, anyway can anyone point me to a guide to add external docking slots to a ship ?
