[X3R] jeu qui plante sur les portails (x3 a cesser de fonctionner)

bonjour,
je rencontre un problème récurent avec x3 reunion:
- le jeu plante lorsque j'emprunte les portails et de façon complètement aléatoire:
actuellement je ne peut pas emprunter le portail pour entrer dans DENT SAUVAGE depuis BORDURE DE L' EMPIRE

j' ai droit a un retour bureau( x3 a cesser de fonctionner)
j' ai essayé avec 3 saves différente: rien a faire
que faire ?
j 'ai recherché une soluce sur le net , mais je suis a court

Bonjour,

Version PC et non STEAM pour ma part.
J'ai eu un problème similaire sur mon ancien PC : impossible de réclamer le Pericles Vanguard dans le secteur inconnu à l'Ouest de Unholy Descent (je joue en version anglaise). En fait mon disque dur rendait l'âme peu à peu.
J'ai tout sauvegardé et repris un nouveau PC. A la réinstallation des sauvegardes, tout a fonctionné, excepté les 3 tutos de la simulation qu'il m'a fallu refaire.
Ton problème, d'après ton extraction dxdiag ressemble à un problème matériel puisque DX indique que tout va bien. Teste tes composants et soulage ton alim : tu as trop de disques en même temps du coup, il manque peut-être des watts pour ta carte graphique, ta RAM ou ton processeur.
Regarde dans l'observateur d'évènements, (poste de travail, clic droit, gérer, onglet système) si tu n'as pas par hazard une erreur "minidump" et tiens nous au courant.
Pour testé ta RAM -> memtest.
