Anyway he could try Lost Lar with the restriction that he could only pilot the angel, just a thought.

Funny. I'm playing such a game right now. Piloting Angel and only watching my ships tearing enemies apart...
I haven't fired a laser for ages. Sometimes I jump into Hades or Centaur that are tailing me with missiles to score a kill or two... but lately I'm too lazy even for that and prefer to crank up missile chance on my fighter wings to 60-80 so they bomb the shit out of everything in range rather then jump into one of them and do some fighting.
I guess I'm just old now in my game.

Hi NS, if you do start a new story, can you please make a note of it here. I don't often check the main screen for new threads, but I'll get informed if you post to this thread, then know to look for your new one.

I always thought there would be an epic battle to finish the story off but I guess thats the way it goes. Its been another cracking story and good luck with the next adventure should you choose to start again.

thank
Thanks for all the fascinating story. You taught me a lot about capturing and the use of rockets (which I ignored from the beginning of XBTF)

Since I am out of commission with a broken mousing hand, you are welcome to use my rule model I had setup for my personal DiD story. I would assume you would probably be stricter than I was going to be though.

I think a third story would work. I say he can make it to 150 chapters and removing a race from the universe. Third time is the charm right?
Either that, or he will get run over by a neutral civilian M5 while hoping out to claim a ship.

Thankyou. I may do sometime in the future but there's several other threads running to keep the troops entertained at the moment and for now I thought I might try a slightly more standard game and actually do some of the plot lines..CBJ wrote:Thanks for another truly excellent tale. I seem to have developed a sixth sense for when you're going to post a new episode and have read most within minutes of them appearing. I look forward to your next thread, should you decide to go for a third.

Go for it N-S you deserve a run at whatever start/rules you like. Your tale has been an inspiration and so very entertaining.
