back from long break and need help with X2 patch 1.4

Hi guys,

Been a long time since I was last here (been living in Berlin and not had time to surf). I've just loaded X2 back onto my computer and seen lots of really nice mods on this forum. However I can't seem to find the X2 Patch 1.4.

This is really frustrating and wondered if someone could please point me in the right direction please
