Can't hack the Terracorp HQ

It isn't available for either NPC hackers or agents. Has someone encountered and solved this problem?

1. Are you negative with this faction?
2. Did you accidentally anger the station?
If 1. = Yes - Need to fix it.
If 1. = No - Proceed to Answer 2. = Yes or No; Try sending a remote ship into system with it. Open and close that sector's map with you not there.... See if that fixes it. If not, seek out Kyle and Elena in next combat mission and takem out. Necessary to reset (or cement it) the relationship status with them.
Jokes aside, best to follow > Open and close that sector's map two or three times with you
not there....with a remote ship in system.

Too bad, that doesn't work. But I've figured out the HQ is destructable. So I angered the TerraCorp's Titan and took cover behind a HQ's part, so the Titan did all the job. I'm expecting the respawning HQ to be friendly.

Destroyed the Terracorp HQ. After 9 hours the debris is still there.
11 hours - the debris has disappeared.
20 or 21 hours - it has respawned, as usual, and is neutral.

Resolution
Make certain to send a bottle of space fuel to that Titan captain for fixing the issue for you. lol....
