[7.0 b4] Ship going crazy and cannot seem to exit docking bay

There is a ship in this save that is exhibiting some very odd, dysfunctional behavior. Hard to describe, so please load it up and see for yourself. Start up the save, press F2 to get an external view of the wharf, then take a look inside the wharf build module. There is a Hermes Sentinel with ID TRI-112 that, while it is not stuck inside any geometry, is just bouncing around the inside of the wharf. Results may be variable depending on random chance, sometimes it works its way out quicker than other times.
