[7.00 Beta 3] Large PAR fleet attacking the SCA pirate base in the Cove

For an unknown reason, a large PAR fleet is attacking the SCA Pirate base in Hewa's Twin IV The Cove, despite that is an outlaw sector back on the Teladi territory, far from the PAR frontiers.
