Terran vs Xenon

Hi everybody,

I just start X4 and i am blown away by this game. I am sad to never played this before...

But i am not here for just telling this :

I think i am doing a terran plot mission : Terra vs Xenons (sorry my game is in french and i don't know the original name)

I have to scan a Xenon factory but it's partially destroyed. it's like i would not be able to finish the quest.

Is this possible ? did i miss something ? i think about restart a game but... you know it's kind boring...

Is there a way to avoid this kind of "soft lock" ?

Terran vs Xenon is a war mission. There isn't really much plot to those, it's just 'go do something against our enemy for a reward' for the most part.

If scanning it in its current state doesn't work, you should just be able to wait. Either they will repair it eventually, or someone will blow it up.
