Auto mine which resource?

I have a autominer for nividium but I think I don't get any mone from him.
I saw his cargo was almost full and after some time it was half full again (so he sold it I think).
I'm not absolutely sure but I think my account did not get higher (nividium is rare so 4.5k of it should bring me some money?)
Sadly there is no accountig info for the ship
There is a account site in the game, but it is alwys empty (maybe only for bases)?

Is silicium better for minig?

I believe the problem here is that your mining vessel can't find anywhere to sell the resources. Also in the behaviour tab when you configure the auto-miner, you can dictate the number of gates it can jump through to complete it's behaviour. Try other materials like silicon. I've had pretty great success with silicon auto miners in Argon Prime.
