Version 7.0 can't load my save, redirecting me to main menu

Basically i'm playing beta and i saved the game before i switched off my laptop a couple minutes ago, my problem is that now i cant seem to open that quicksave without being redirected to a fake main menu which in turn stops me from loading any other save, i'd really appreciate if you could look over this save file for me.

some extra information is that this save file was:

[*]All Available Dlcs are on except the unreleased crisis dlc
[*]Version 7.0
[*]Not modified
[*]no mods
[*]that its redirecting me to the main menu instantly without any loading screen or anything
[*]its not crashing so no dxdiag error.
[*]game start is terran cadet

Do a game installation verify for your current version.

Why do you say the main menu you are directed to is 'fake'?

There may be something seriously wrong with that save because the upload you made says the file was last modified 01 Jan 1970, which is obviously incorrect. Is your PC date time shown correctly and is your CMOS battery OK?

Did that and there legit was no issue with the game

Because that "Fake" Menu did not allow me to manually load any save even the earlier ones and i had to restart the game to be able to load any save

Yep, i'm assuming the save is absolutely corrupted and had to manually recover my progress by just playing the game, luckily my last save wasn't that far.
