Beta 7.0 main menu - cause was modified game

Hi,

when starting beta 7.0, i have no menu showing up. Any suggestions on how to repair that? I already gave it a fresh installation.

Don't use mods with the beta. This is the number 1 reason for this behaviour.

You have really given us very little information to work with here. See the rules at the top of the forum for the information we would need to have any chance of being able to help you. You've not even said what you mean by the menu "not showing up". Does the game start at all? Do you see the menu background but not the menu? With so little information to go on, all I can guess is that you have mods installed that are not compatible with 7.00 or that your installation needs verifying using the Steam/GoG client.

I will try unsubscibing all mods and see what happens (as i am not able to deactivate them as used to from the main menu) - if the problem persists, i will provide further info.

Unsubscribing fixes the issue.

Thx for the - quite obvious - advice. Maybe it will help somebody else when searching for the issue.
