My games are having an issue where:
1). Selecting a formation has a large delay where the new formation won't update until I deselect the fleet leader and reselect them.
2). The new formation will not take effect until I order to fleet to move.
3). When the fleet is moving, say during a patrol assignment, they will not stay close together and will instead spread further and further apart. This kind of negates the point of why I want them in a fleet, stronger together.
I created a custom start save with 1 Dragon corvette and 4 Ares fighters to test the fleets and formations with, and have added that here so the developers can review them.
