I cant run the game, what i have to do?

That error is Vulkan not being able to find any devices capable of running it. Either your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements or, more likely, your drivers simply aren't set up correctly. Check your system and try doing a full uninstall and reinstall of the drivers. If you still have problems then post again, but provide the information requested in the sticky threads at the top of the forum, particularly the DXDiag and vulkaninfo data, otherwise we have very little chance of being able to help.
