In my game the Terrans are enemies with the Argons. I know I can set a trade rule so that my stations on Terran territory should no longer trade with argon.
Please introduce something like this into the game so that the factions can give themselves these rules.
It's just ridiculous, I see M and L-argon ships bursting in front of my stations all the time.
The factions are at war, it's ok if there are military ships floating around, but merchant ships really have no place there. I highly doubt that this is good for the Argon economy.
Also, I don't really see the Argons or Ant attacking the Terrans. Are there any jobs like that on their side when they're at war with the Terrans?
It's a different story with the Terrans, they cut everything down, at least they try in this game run.

Re: Feature request: trade rules for NPC factions
Would be nice.
I think this contributes to the deterioration of some economies after a few days in game, as they continue to send their unescorted trade ships through hostile sectors (good examples are variour ANT and PAR ships just happily crossing the HOP sectors like they're not actively at war lol, as well as the constant flow of xenon TS's that are trying to cross 3-4 sectors to get to some other xenon sector to supply a station )

Re: Feature request: trade rules for NPC factions
Unless you actively choose the storyline option to make TER go to war with ARG and ANT, they are not actually at war with each other. Yes it says "enemy" in the encyclopaedia entry, but they will not shoot each other's ships. Normally...
Of course there are situations which can cause temporary escalations into battle. For example if an ANT laser turret decides to shoot at TER ships (possibly a fixed bug?) it can cause the Terran ships to go on a killing spree due to temporary reputation loss. This is similar to how TER and PAR can end up fighting each other despite being friendly.
