Now a few tips:
For those on Windows 10 open up 'task manager' [CTR+ALT+DEL] click the 'details' and scroll down to XRebirthVR.exe. Right click on it and select 'set priority' change the option to 'Realtime'
Elite Dangerous is set to this automatically, divert all resources to the program that needs it.
